The Technical Account Manager will support clients in their growth journey with Kraken's innovative energy management platform, focusing on optimizing resources and enhancing customer experiences in the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients on their growth journey with Kraken after migration completes
  • Optimize renewable generation and create a more intelligent grid
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems
  • Manage billing, meter data, and CRM processes
  • Utilize AI-driven communications for customer engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in managing technical accounts or client relationships in the energy sector.
  • Proven ability to support clients through post-migration processes.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, and CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
