Job Description
The Senior Client Success Engineer is responsible for managing client queries, diagnosing issues within energy management applications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries through case management
- Deep dive into applications to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems
- Collaborate with development teams to address client requests and issues
- Answer questions and provide technical support to clients
Requirements
- Experience in case management of client queries and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems affecting clients.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to answer questions related to the company's applications and systems.
- Keen to solve real-world problems and deliver value to clients through technical support and analysis.
- Naturally inquisitive and responsible for marshalling requests to the development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A continual learner with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical knowledge.
