Job Description
The Senior Client Implementation Lead is responsible for guiding clients through energy management transformations by applying Human Design principles, leading implementation projects, and ensuring operational success and sustainability across retail and B2C functions within the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Kraken's operating model and transformation framework for clients.
- Guide clients through the Kraken migration framework using the BOT method.
- Mentor internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success and sustainability.
- Apply Human Design principles and change management best practices to client transformations.
- Influence leadership and navigate change confidently throughout the implementation process.
- Manage projects with sharp project management and analytical skills.
- Support broader retail functions, including data, communications, and marketing, to shape customer outcomes.
- Support clients across the portfolio with a primary focus on Customer Information Systems (CIS).
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Human Design principles and change management best practice is essential.
- Ability to influence leaders, navigate change with confidence, and bring sharp project management and analytical skills.
- Experience guiding clients through the Kraken migration framework BOT method.
- Experience mentoring internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success and long-term sustainability of the target operating model.
- Solid grasp of broader retail functions, including how data, communications, and marketing interact with operations to shape customer outcomes and influence the success of the new model.
- Primary focus on Customer Information (CI) function with supporting B2C experience to effectively support clients across the portfolio.
- Ability to deliver transformation projects that impact the entire organization and improve customer experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel across different European countries.
