Job Description

The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements for energy utility clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions that enhance energy management systems and support sustainable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for client projects.
  • Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams to deliver project results.
  • Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client problems or requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
  • Integrate technology, people, and processes to drive improvements for clients.
  • Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
  • Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.

Requirements

  • Experience in energy utilities sector, specifically in client delivery roles related to energy management or energy transformation projects
  • Proven experience in managing technology migration projects or long-term technology requirements within the energy or utilities industry
  • Ability to work in partnership with both internal teams (technology and operational teams at Kraken) and external clients to deliver project results
  • Deep understanding of how Kraken's platform works, including its capabilities and functionalities
  • Ability to understand problems or requests raised by clients and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities effectively
  • Experience in bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions
  • Experience supporting clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style
  • Ability to work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a liaison between the client and technical teams
  • Strong communication skills to understand client needs, explain technical solutions, and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Experience managing a tech domain such as billing, finance, or communications within client projects
  • Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to technology, energy, or utilities (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied)
