Job Description
The Senior Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of energy management solutions to clients, working closely with global product teams and regional clients to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, innovative energy technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client delivery team to support APAC clients and global product teams
- Manage and oversee the delivery of energy management solutions to clients
- Ensure successful implementation and deployment of projects for utility clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and project timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience working closely with clients and global product teams in a client delivery or project management role, with a focus on energy or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects or programs, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, or related energy industry technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams across different regions, particularly APAC and global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer happiness, simplicity, and efficiency.
- Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and projects.
- Willingness to work closely with other members of the client delivery team to support APAC clients and global product teams.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to energy management platforms and AI-driven solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple client accounts and deliverables simultaneously.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client delivery, project management, or a related role within the energy or technology industry.
