Job Description

A strategic and results-driven Sales Director responsible for expanding Kraken's energy software solutions internationally by building relationships with energy suppliers and large-scale installers, and driving market growth in a fast-evolving industry focused on sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Kraken Field by developing relationships with energy suppliers and large-scale installers
  • Sell complex, enterprise-grade software solutions to new markets
  • Act as the primary representative of the product in international markets
  • Drive international growth and open new market opportunities
  • Adapt sales strategies to evolving product capabilities, pricing, and market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the energy industry

Requirements

  • Experience in selling complex, enterprise-grade software solutions, with a focus on energy or related industries.
  • Proven track record as a strategic hunter who thrives in fast-moving environments, with the ability to open new markets and drive meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to act as the face of the product with energy suppliers and large-scale installer organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders in target markets.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability to rapid evolution across product capability, pricing, and target markets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on accelerating international growth for Kraken Field and Assets.
  • Experience in expanding business operations internationally, particularly in energy or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively represent the company and its solutions to potential clients.
  • Ability to sell complex, enterprise-grade software solutions at a high level of sophistication.
  • Physical and mental capacity to operate in a high-impact sales role, including traveling as needed to meet clients and prospects.
