Job Description
The Product Marketing Director Lead at Kraken is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for energy technology products, while managing a team of product marketers to drive product adoption, demand, and revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- •Drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of energy products
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
- •Manage, hire, and develop a team of product marketers to achieve marketing and revenue goals
Requirements
- •Deep understanding of the energy sector, including customer needs and competitive landscapes
- •Analytical mindset with a strong commercial acumen
- •Experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate demand and drive revenue growth
- •Experience in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of products
- •Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
- •Experience managing, hiring, and growing a team of product marketers (applicable for Lead PMM roles)
- •Ability to drive market adoption and successful product launches for energy-related products
- •Strong communication skills to effectively convey product positioning and messaging
- •Proven track record of demand generation and revenue growth through marketing initiatives
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple product marketing responsibilities
