An Office Manager role supporting the smooth operation of Kraken's rapidly growing Japan team, ensuring organizational efficiency and facilitating the company's mission to develop sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations in Tokyo
- Support the onboarding and administration of team members
- Organize meetings, events, and office logistics
- Maintain office supplies and facilities
- Assist with communication and correspondence within the team
Requirements
- This is an office-based role - you ll need to be able to commute to our Tokyo office 4 days a week.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations of the office and support the team.
- Ability to support the people who are building the future of energy and act as the glue that holds the team together.
