Job Description
The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable and resilient infrastructure to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of energy platform products, leading technical teams and implementing best practices to support millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of platform products.
- Lead technical teams supporting products serving millions of customers.
- Architect, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable infrastructure.
- Identify areas for platform enhancement and optimize product performance.
- Implement best practices for building products at scale.
- Continuously improve platform reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in leading technical teams that support products serving millions of customers to ensure stability and high performance.
- Experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining resilient and scalable infrastructure that powers platforms.
- Ability to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of products on the platform.
- Knowledge of best practices in building products for scale.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail to identify areas for enhancement, ensure optimal product performance, and continuously improve platform reliability and efficiency.
- Candidates must be based in the EST timezone within North America and be able to work remotely.
- Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to site reliability engineering or related fields (implied, as the role is senior and technical).
