Job Description
The Lead Client Success Engineer is responsible for managing client queries, diagnosing issues within applications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries through case management
- Deep dive into applications to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis of client-reported problems
- Collaborate with development teams to address client requests and issues
- Solve real-world problems to deliver value and improve client experience
Requirements
- Experience in case management of client queries and deep diving into applications to diagnose issues.
- Ability to answer questions, perform root cause analysis, and marshal requests to development teams within a collaborative, community-based environment.
- Must be technically sharp, a continual learner, naturally inquisitive, and people-oriented.
- Responsible for case management of client queries received and diagnosing issues within applications.
