Job Description
The Lead Client Engineer will lead a team to deliver integrated solutions for utility clients, ensuring the effective use of Kraken's energy management platform to drive transformative change and improve customer experiences across energy, water, and broadband sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-4 Client Engineers to deliver solutions to clients
- Understand Kraken platform operations to identify problems and refine solutions
- Guide clients on best practices for integrating Kraken with their systems
- Manage integrations with systems such as ERPs, CRMs, Asset Management, and FSM
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address complex customer journeys
Requirements
- Lead a team of 3-4 Client Engineers to deliver transformative change to clients by bringing the best of Kraken platform solutions.
- Understand how Kraken works in order to identify problems and refine optimal solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities within Kraken.
- Guide clients on best practices solutions for integration with Kraken’s CIS CRM platform and other systems.
- Deal with all types of integration points including ERPs, CRMs, Enterprise Asset Management solutions, and FSM.
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders such as developers, QA, solution architects, product managers, and business managers.
- Handle complexity across multiple customer journeys involving a variety of customer types and end users.
