Job Description
The Implementation Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements for clients, coordinating between Kraken's teams and clients to deliver innovative energy solutions and support business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domain billing, finance, and communication for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams and clients to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client solutions.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development and operational styles.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and serve as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a technology domain related to billing, finance, or communications for client projects, either migrating onto a platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- Ability to work in partnership with both Kraken's technology and operational teams as well as the client to deliver results for the client’s project or business needs.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken’s platform works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Proven ability to bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client outcomes.
- Experience supporting clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Ability to work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link between the client and Kraken’s development team.
