Job Description
The Head of Product for Kraken Field is responsible for defining the vision, leading the product roadmap, and managing a team to develop a mission-critical platform that enables utilities worldwide to scale their field operations, focusing on delivering reliable, scalable, and intelligent field service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision and lead roadmap execution for a mission-critical platform enabling utilities to scale their field operations
- Lead and manage product managers to develop and improve the product
- Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and intelligent field service experiences
- Influence leadership to align on product strategy and priorities
Requirements
- Define the vision, lead roadmap execution, and elevate the product culture for a mission-critical platform that enables utilities worldwide to scale their field operations.
- Lead product managers and work cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, reliable, and scalable field service experiences.
- Influence at the leadership level to align product strategies with company goals.
- Experience in leading product teams, including managing and guiding product managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system.
- Strong understanding of energy industry developments, including renewable generation, intelligent grid creation, and utility customer experience enhancement.
- Proven track record of defining product vision and executing roadmaps for complex, scalable platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in developing and managing mission-critical platforms for utility or energy sectors is preferred.
