Job Description
The Global Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for managing and administering stock plans on a global scale, ensuring compliance and smooth operation of employee equity programs within a technology-driven energy company focused on sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer global stock plans
- Ensure compliance with stock plan policies and regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate stock plan transactions and communications
Requirements
- Experience in administering global stock plans, with a comprehensive understanding of stock plan processes and procedures.
- Ability to manage and coordinate stock plan activities across multiple regions and countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines related to stock plan administration.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, employees, and external vendors regarding stock plan matters.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock plan calculations, reporting, and documentation.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems used for stock plan administration, such as equity management platforms.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to stock plans in various jurisdictions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret stock plan data to support reporting and decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Human Resources) or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the energy or technology sector is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
