Job Description
A Finance Controller responsible for establishing and leading the US regional finance operations, developing core processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting and strategic decision-making to enable the company's global expansion and sustainable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and lead the US regional finance team
- Develop core financial processes and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support financial reporting and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Own and manage US regional finance operations
- Support broader financial activities and global expansion efforts
Requirements
- Good technical finance expertise and controllership experience, with a track record of working in high-growth or international environments.
- Experience in setting up and leading a regional finance team, including developing core processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Ability to support broader activities related to financial reporting and strategic decision-making, reporting to Group Finance.
- Strong technical skills in finance and controllership.
- Proven experience in building and establishing a finance function from the ground up.
- Ability to develop and implement core financial processes.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with local regulations in the US.
- Ability to contribute to financial reporting and strategic decision-making processes.
- Experience working in a high-growth or international environment.
