The Client Director for Major Accounts at Kraken will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth by providing innovative software solutions to utility clients adapting to a decentralized, renewables-based energy model.

Requirements
- Proven experience in client management and business development within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of software solutions for utilities, particularly in the context of decentralised, renewables-based energy production and consumption.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, such as customer service productivity and asset optimisation.
- Ability to adapt to industry changes and meet the expectations of prosumers for customer service and tailored products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
