Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration projects and long-term technology requirements within the energy sector, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that support sustainable energy systems and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for client projects.
- Support client migration onto the Kraken platform and manage long-term technology requirements.
- Collaborate with Kraken's technology and operational teams and the client to deliver project results.
- Understand Kraken's systems, analyze client requests, and refine solutions to leverage capabilities.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to drive improvements for clients.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development and operational styles.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate development needs and act as a client liaison.
Requirements
- Experience as a Client Delivery Lead in the energy utilities sector, supporting technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects.
- Direct responsibility managing a technology domain related to billing, finance, and communications for client projects.
- Ability to work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for the client’s project or business needs.
- Deep understanding of how Kraken’s platform works, including the ability to understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Experience bringing together technology, people, and processes to innovate improvements for clients.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
