Job Description
A production technician responsible for overseeing the growth, maintenance, and harvesting of Dutch Yellowtail Kingfish in a sustainable land-based aquaculture facility, ensuring optimal conditions and environmental practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Dutch Yellowtail Kingfish grows in an ideal environment
- Clean and maintain systems and tanks
- Move fish throughout the farm
- Harvest the fish
- Solve minor disturbances
Requirements
- Must be a resident of the Netherlands or an EU country to apply.
- Must be motivated and able to join the production team at the Kingfish Company, location Kats.
- Must be responsible for ensuring that Dutch Yellowtail Kingfish grows in an ideal environment.
- Must be capable of cleaning and maintaining systems and tanks used in fish farming.
- Must be able to move fish throughout the farm as part of daily responsibilities.
- Must be able to harvest fish when required.
- Must be able to solve minor disturbances related to fish farming operations.
- Must be available to work during working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
