Job Description
The Automation Engineer will collaborate with engineering and production teams to design, program, and test advanced automated systems, while optimizing production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and test automated systems in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
- Refine production processes for life support, feeding, heating, cooling, water filtration, processing, packaging, and fish logistics.
- Create detailed concepts, layout diagrams, line diagrams, P&IDs, Control Philosophies, and Functional Description Specifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of a BSc HBO in a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Automation.
- Mastery of Siemens Tia Portal v16 and above PLC 1x00 HMI.
- Expertise in developing SCADA systems using Ignition.
- Familiarity with protocols such as Modbus TCP RTU, Profinet, DALI, IO link, OPCUA.
- Operational knowledge of field devices including VSDs and Instrumentation.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with ease.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and P IDs.
- Understanding of IT OT networks and OT system security.
