Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the dispensary team, oversee inventory management and product restocking, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team
- Lead by example in providing service, dedication, and maintaining energy
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Ensure all products are organized in FIFO order
- Mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team as a Shift Supervisor in a dispensary environment.
- Lead by example by demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy at all times.
- Be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
