Job Description
The Senior Patient Care Consultant at Jushi Holdings Inc. will lead a team in a dispensary setting, focusing on customer service, inventory management, and team motivation while ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- Restock product on the floor
- Ensure all product remains in FIFO order
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team
Requirements
- Lead by example by being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
