Job Description
The Senior Customer Consultant at Jushi Holdings is responsible for leading and motivating the dispensary team, managing inventory and product restocking, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team
- Lead by example in providing excellent service, dedication, and energy
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Ensure all products are organized in FIFO order
- Mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team.
- Lead by example by demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data accurately.
- Restock product on the floor and ensure all product remains in FIFO order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
