A Pharmacist responsible for providing high-quality medical cannabis consultations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting patient care while contributing to the company's mission and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality consultations and guidance to patients regarding their medical cannabis needs
- Ensure patient care during consultations is smooth, efficient, and compliant with state regulations and company policies
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to medical cannabis
- Support the company's initiatives and uphold the organization’s culture and mission
- Prioritize patient safety, compassion, and quality care in all interactions
Requirements
- Possess a valid and current pharmacist license or certification as required by the state regulations.
- Have the ability to ensure patient care by providing consultations and guidance regarding medical cannabis needs.
- Ensure that patient consultations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrate compliance with all applicable state regulations related to medical cannabis dispensing and patient care.
- Support company initiatives and contribute positively to the overall culture and mission of the organization.
- Maintain a focus on compliance, compassion, and delivering quality care in all interactions.
