Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all early-stage cannabis cultivation processes, including vegetative production, mother plant maintenance, and propagation (seed germination and cloning).
Plan, schedule, and coordinate cultivation activities to ensure consistent production of healthy vegetative plants and vigorous mother stock.
Train, direct, and supervise cultivation teams within each area to optimize operational efficiency and plant quality.
Ensure successful generation of new plants for flowering stages through propagation techniques.
Maintain a strong understanding of plant science to support high-quality cannabis cultivation.
Requirements
