Experience in managing day-to-day retail operations including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
Competence to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience.
Reporting directly to the Dispensary Store Manager.
