Job Description
The Accountant - Retail Operations Audit Manager is responsible for leading internal audits of retail and manufacturing operations to ensure operational, financial, compliance, and risk controls within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Internal Audit plan for Jushi Holdings.
- Conduct operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Provide operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in leading the execution of an Internal Audit plan, specifically focusing on operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in controls, operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and providing advice to internal stakeholders.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of audit processes and controls.
- Ability to strategically lead and execute internal audits within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of operational, financial, and compliance standards relevant to retail and manufacturing industries.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not explicitly required; candidates must have relevant audit experience in similar sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and advise internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by the company, with an understanding that duties may change at any time with or without notice.
