Enterprise Technical Mastery: Industry-recognized expertise across utility strategy, high/medium/low voltage systems, protective relaying, energy storage, and power quality.
Governance & Commercial Judgement: Proven ability to govern global approval frameworks and manage systemic risk while balancing electrical resilience, CapEx/OpEx, speed to market, and utility constraints.
Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to frame complex engineering decisions for executive leadership, customers, regulatory authorities, and Tier 1 manufacturers.
Education & Travel: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related technical discipline (Professional Engineer/Chartered Engineer license strongly preferred) and the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
