Job Description
We are at the beginning of a global energy transformation of a scale not seen in generations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-assembly and segregation of subcomponents.
- Assemble multi-layer, complex sub-assemblies—this is no cookie-cutter assembly line job!
- Operate a 50-tonne press (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- Inspect components and materials to ensure quality and precision.
- Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to assemble cutting-edge energy systems.
- Use hand and power tools to bring our innovative products to life.
- Prioritize safety and attention to detail in everything you do.
- Contribute to other meaningful tasks that keep our production running smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment—bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced or technical setting.
- The ability to follow complex work instructions.
- An understanding of safe work practices—safety is a top priority here.
- The physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and great visual acuity for detailed work.
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort using hand and machine tools with high accuracy.
- English fluency for effective communication and comprehension.
- A forklift or electric pallet truck license is a nice to have but not a must.
