Job Description

We are at the beginning of a global energy transformation of a scale not seen in generations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-assembly and segregation of subcomponents. • Assemble multi-layer, complex sub-assemblies—this is no cookie-cutter assembly line job! • Operate a 50-tonne press (don’t worry, we’ll train you). • Inspect components and materials to ensure quality and precision. • Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to assemble cutting-edge energy systems. • Use hand and power tools to bring our innovative products to life. • Prioritize safety and attention to detail in everything you do. • Contribute to other meaningful tasks that keep our production running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment—bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced or technical setting. • The ability to follow complex work instructions. • An understanding of safe work practices—safety is a top priority here. • The physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. • Manual dexterity and great visual acuity for detailed work. • Strong attention to detail • Comfort using hand and machine tools with high accuracy. • English fluency for effective communication and comprehension. • A forklift or electric pallet truck license is a nice to have but not a must.
