Job Description
As the Analyst III, IT Business Administration, you will independently lead defined project workstreams and support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives within Business Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4 – 6 years of progressive project management, business operations, or systems implementation experience in a matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting or leading ERP, sourcing/procurement, or document management initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams with moderate complexity.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Oracle Project Portfolio, Microsoft Project, ProjectTeam ) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required .
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
