Job Description
The Manager, Facilities will lead the workplace strategy for Intersect Power, focusing on establishing top-tier office environments in San Francisco and Austin. This role involves overseeing office operations, including leasing, vendor management, and employee support, while collaborating with various departments to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive workplace strategy for office launches in San Francisco and Austin
- Oversee all office operations including leasing and vendor management
- Manage co-working spaces and office expansions
- Provide employee support to enhance the work environment
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Leadership for a productive work environment
Requirements
- The Manager, Facilities will drive Intersect Power's workplace strategy, initially focusing on launching best-in-class offices in San Francisco and Austin.
- This role oversees all office operations, including leasing, vendor management, co-working spaces, office expansions, and employee support.
- This position is based in our downtown San Francisco Financial District office and requires daily on-site work.
- Reporting to the VP of People and External Affairs, this role will collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, and Leadership to create a seamless, culturally-aligned and productive work environment that enhances the employee experience.
