Job Description
The position is for a mid-level real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Legal team at Intersect Power, focusing on legal matters related to clean energy projects while collaborating with various functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions
- Collaborate with functional teams including Development, Project Finance, Construction, Operations, and Environmental Permitting
- Report directly to the Senior Counsel, Real Estate
Requirements
- Mid-level real estate Attorney with relevant experience in transactional real estate.
- Ability to report directly to the Senior Counsel, Real Estate.
- Access and regular communications with all functional teams across the organization, including Development, Project Finance, Construction, Operations, and Environmental Permitting.
- No current enforceable non-compete restrictions that would hinder employment with Intersect Power.
