Job Description
The Senior Director of Sales at Insight M is responsible for driving sales strategies and building relationships with executives in the oil and gas industry to promote innovative methane solutions, aiming to enhance profitability and environmental impact. This role involves consultative selling, market research, and collaboration with various teams to achieve growth and climate goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with executives influencing methane program decisions.
- Leverage internal research to understand market trends and competitive forces.
- Articulate custom solutions that meet target customer goals.
- Convey targeted value propositions and differentiate from competitors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address industry misconceptions.
- Participate in the development and commercialization of new product solutions.
- Manage relationships with internal teams to ensure resource efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based out of Houston or Dallas.
- Deep experience with highly strategic, consultative selling.
- Expertise in running a full cycle sales desk successfully and independently.
- Superior listening skills and the facility to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
