Job Description
Insight M is seeking individuals interested in working at the intersection of aerospace systems and data science to develop innovative solutions for monitoring global environmental issues, particularly methane emissions, through hardware and software integration in a flexible, collaborative, and diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain aerospace sensors and hardware at a continental scale.
- Collect, process, and analyze data streams related to global environmental monitoring.
- Support the development and deployment of innovative aerospace and data science solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aerospace systems, data science, or related fields with a strong understanding of hardware and software integration.
- Ability to operate sensors and hardware at a continental scale for data collection and analysis.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing emissions, specifically methane or other greenhouse gases, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, diverse, and supportive team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on challenging projects that make a real-world impact.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including occasional extra hours during crunch periods, with an understanding that a typical workweek is approximately 40 hours.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, with good communication skills suitable for a remote work environment.
