Job Description
About the Role Hut 8 is developing large-scale energy and digital infrastructure, with a growing pipeline of data center campuses and power projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, cost estimating, project controls, or portfolio analytics — ideally supporting real estate development, data centers, energy, or large capital projects.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in portfolio analysis, cost estimating, budgeting and estimate-vs-actual (lookback) analysis.
- Excellent communication skills; able to publish polished reporting and present findings to corporate and operations stakeholders.
- Comfort operating with ownership and autonomy across the full lifecycle of a project.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel ~10% to project sites.
