Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will oversee and administer all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees while maintaining compliance with relevant laws. This role requires strong management skills, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of employee compensation structures.
Responsibilities
- •Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs
- •Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- •Develop and administer incentive programs and job evaluation processes
- •Oversee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans
- •Ensure compliance with legal regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA
- •Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage budgets and advise on compensation costs
- •Partner with external partners to negotiate and manage employee benefit plans
- •Educate employees on compensation and benefits policies
- •Support management in the creation of new roles and benchmarking
- •Build and maintain career ladders and skills matrices
- •Analyze trends and metrics to evaluate compensation and benefits strategies
- •Handle employee inquiries regarding salary structures and benefits enrollment
- •Partner with external vendor to age salary scales and conduct market reviews
Requirements
- •Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits and total reward administration.
- •Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits plan design, and compliance requirements.
- •Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools.
- •Proficiency in MS Excel.
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- •Ability to develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external partners and clients.
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- •Experience in managing third-party benefits providers and consultants.
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent related experience.
- •US Citizenship.
