The Remote Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and diagnosing the performance of Highland Electric Fleets' electric school bus fleet, assessing system alerts, troubleshooting issues, and advising on appropriate maintenance or repairs to ensure fleet reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor fleet performance and reliability through remote diagnostics
Assess system alerts and customer support tickets to identify issues
Determine root causes of technical problems
Recommend appropriate solutions, including repairs or maintenance
Advise on escalation procedures to dealers or vendors when necessary
Requirements
Strong technical expertise in fleet monitoring and remote diagnostics.
Ability to conduct initial assessments of system alerts and customer-submitted support tickets to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience in advising on the best course of action, which may include customer-performed repairs, Highland-performed maintenance, or escalations to dealers or vendors for resolution.
