Job Description
A versatile role combining office management and recruiting coordination, responsible for overseeing daily office operations, supporting the hiring process, and creating a welcoming work environment in a fast-paced startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones and complex calendars
- Maintain candidate pipeline visibility and update tracking systems daily
- Manage candidate correspondence to ensure timely and professional communication
- Collect candidate feedback from hiring managers and manage Lever pipeline
- Support recruiting team with data management for external events like career fairs and conferences
- Act as primary contact with external recruiters
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities management
- Act as primary contact for employees on office-related issues
- Assist with planning company offsites and events
- Greet and welcome external guests and candidates
Requirements

- Maintain candidate pipeline visibility and update tracking systems daily.
- Support recruiting team with data management for career fairs, conferences, and other external events.
- Be the primary point of contact with external recruiters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and service providers, coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities management to ensure a welcoming and productive work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees on office-related issues.
- Assist with planning company offsites and events.
- Greet and welcome external guests and candidates.
- Assist executive team with calendar scheduling and other administrative tasks.
- Manage calendar invites for recurring company meetings.
- Work in an in-office environment 5 days a week, as remote work is not permitted for this role.
