Job Description
The Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotion Inc. will lead the recruitment strategy to build high-performance technical teams for their advanced battery production facility, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in engineering and specialized technical roles while promoting diversity and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- •Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and develop role profiles.
- •Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- •Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates in critical technical domains.
- •Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve the hiring process.
- •Champion diversity hiring initiatives to build an inclusive workforce.
- •Enhance Gotion's employer brand through networking and recruitment campaigns.
- •Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in recruitment activities.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- •5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or advanced technology sectors.
- •Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- •Expertise in direct sourcing, networking, and engaging with passive talent across multiple channels.
- •Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with demonstrated experience in both volume and niche hiring.
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- •Commitment to promoting diversity and creating an inclusive hiring environment.
- •Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and standards.
