Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager at Gotion Inc. is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales tools and data analytics, and supporting sales planning and performance to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to support revenue growth
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement resources such as playbooks, dashboards, and training materials
  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting tools using CRM and BI platforms
  • Provide insights on KPIs like pipeline coverage, conversion rates, quota attainment, and sales cycle length
  • Track key sales metrics and recommend strategies to improve productivity and revenue
  • Own and administer CRM systems ensuring data integrity and user adoption
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage additional sales tools to enhance prospecting, automation, and reporting
  • Support sales planning activities including headcount modeling, territory design, and quota setting
  • Collaborate with Finance on commission structures, incentive programs, and revenue forecasts
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities in the sales cycle to improve overall sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience working in high-growth environments and scaling sales teams

Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 USD
