The Sales Manager for EV Charging at Gotion Inc. is responsible for achieving sales targets through direct sales and innovative marketing strategies, managing EV charging and industrial projects, and leading business negotiations with customers. The role requires expertise in the North American market, particularly in EV charging equipment, and involves collaboration across various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct sales and innovative marketing tactics.
- Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects, understanding product needs and coordinating internal resources.
- Lead business negotiations and support the project life cycle from early engagement to contract review and product delivery.
- Understand the company's product line and competitive landscape, providing market feedback and positioning products for success.
- Lead the quotation process at each project stage, pricing products based on value proposition and competitive comparisons.
- Participate in green energy industry exhibitions to gather the latest development information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, engineering, communications, or other relevant field.
- More than 2 years of experience in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales in the North America market.
- Track record of progressive sales growth of technical products in any of Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on business trips or short-term concurrent residence.
- Possess critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data into meaningful results.
- Have clear logic, negotiation skills and proven track record of motivating teams.
- Mastered skills of handling internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and be able to independently receive customer visits.
- English written and spoken communication ability.
