Job Description
The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales efforts and market expansion of energy storage products across designated regions, developing strategies, managing customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets in the energy storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Expand the energy storage market and identify potential customers
- Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers
- Organize and develop the sales team to align with company goals
- Manage team performance and support achievement of sales objectives
- Plan for product and process optimization and provide customer support
- Explore local resources, develop sales channels, and maintain customer service
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Train team members and cultivate qualified sales teams among distributors
- Complete work reports and ensure accurate business reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade
- Able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
- Familiar with market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
- Have keen market insight
- Strong organizational coordination skills
- Business analysis capabilities
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional sales targets
- Experience in expanding the energy storage market, identifying potential customers, and understanding customer needs
- Experience in communicating and negotiating with customers, facilitating cooperation, signing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience in regularly revisiting customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships
- Experience in organizing and developing sales teams in accordance with company goals
- Experience in managing team performance targets and supporting achievement of sales targets
- Experience in strategizing and planning for product and process optimization
- Experience in providing professional product configuration and wealth management services to customers
- Experience in local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, and service
- Ability to cooperate widely with local institutions
- Understanding of industry dynamics and competitor situations, with the ability to provide timely market information feedback and suggestions for marketing strategy
- Experience in team training and development, including regularly training team members and helping distributors cultivate qualified sales teams

- Proficiency in Chinese or bilingual skills preferred

- Willingness to complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks accurately and timely
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 USD
