Job Description
The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across various levels, supporting Gotion's innovative electric vehicle and energy storage technologies, and building a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Assess candidate potential through interviews and screening methods
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in ATS
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding
- Build and nurture a pipeline of future candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes and set expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
- Ability to design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels with different business focuses
- Ability to manage full life cycle recruitment process including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, and managing the entire offer process
- Ability to identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Ability to source, select, sell, and close technical talent
- Maintain accurate records of all candidates, searches, and job requirements in ATS
- Provide direction and oversight, and partner with HR generalist regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
- Manage hiring manager expectations and equip interviewers to continually improve their interviewing capability
- Nurture future hires and build a strong pipeline for the future
