Job Description
The role involves full-cycle recruitment for various positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, particularly in the automotive industry, to support Gotion Inc.'s electric vehicle and energy storage technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication
- Identify and execute creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
- Source, select, and close technical talent
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, searches, and job requirements in ATS
- Coordinate with HR on job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding activities
- Manage hiring manager expectations and improve interview processes
- Build and nurture a pipeline of future candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
- Ability to design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels with different business focuses
- Ability to manage full life cycle recruitment process including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, and all the way through the entire offer process
- Ability to identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Ability to source, select, sell, and close technical talent
- Maintain accurate records of all candidates, searches, and job requirements in ATS
- Provide direction and oversight and partner with HR generalist regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
- Manage hiring manager expectations and equip interviewers to continually improve their interviewing capability
- Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Benefits & Perks
