Job Description
The Project Manager - Battery Systems at Gotion Inc. oversees the development and execution of electric vehicle battery pack projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Organize and facilitate project meetings
- Serve as the main customer interface to gather requirements and communicate with internal teams
- Coordinate materials, logistics, prototype builds, and testing resources during validation phases
- Identify project risks, drive resolution, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Lead design and development reviews throughout all project phases
- Manage sample build and delivery activities at each development stage
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Management
- At least 3 years of EV Battery Pack Program Management experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, define stage-specific deliverables and goals, and ensure timely project execution
- Ability to establish and manage project meeting mechanisms, organize and facilitate relevant meetings
- Experience serving as the main customer interface, gathering and confirming customer requirements, communicating them to internal teams, and coordinating the development of implementation plans to meet customer expectations
- Experience coordinating materials, logistics, prototype builds, and testing resources during the trial and validation phases to ensure smooth project progress
- Ability to identify project risks, align internal resources to drive resolution, and ensure effective communication across relevant stakeholders
- Experience leading design and development reviews throughout all project phases
- Experience managing sample build and delivery activities at each development stage

Compensation/salary range: $110,000.00 - $146,000.00 plus 15% bonus
