Job Description
The Project Management Specialist supports the planning, execution, and completion of EV battery manufacturing projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement within Gotion's innovative energy storage and electric vehicle technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for EV battery manufacturing projects
- Coordinate project tasks and activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, identify risks, and address issues to ensure successful completion
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes
- Assist in resource allocation and budget management to meet project objectives
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements throughout projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with battery manufacturing or EV technology is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for EV battery manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate project tasks and activities with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project completion.
