Job Description

The Production Operator at Gotion Inc. will support and optimize the Electrical Storage System pilot production line by installing components, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining equipment, all while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • •Install Energy Storage Systems (ESS) components such as pipelines and wiring.
  • •Drill holes, connect pipes, and install communication lines.
  • •Perform spot checks and quality inspections, maintaining accurate records.
  • •Conduct regular equipment cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance.
  • •Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
  • •Use tightness testing equipment as needed.
  • •Adhere to environmental safety protocols, including waste disposal and hazard recognition.
  • •Understand and follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • •Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • •Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • •Basic computer skills for using manufacturing software if applicable.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • •Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to meet specific visual acuity requirements including near and far vision, depth perception, and color vision.
  • •Able to wear steel-toed work boots.
