The Engineering Management team supports Gotion’s U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering planning and coordination for energy storage power station projects.
- Track engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Assist with preparation of documentation required for permitting and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate technical information for interconnection applications and utility communications.
- Support on-site engineering coordination during project installation and construction phases.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to equipment installation and system integration.
- Maintain engineering documentation, technical drawings, and project records.
- Prepare engineering reports and progress updates for project leadership.
- Work with internal technical teams and external engineering consultants to support project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of engineering project coordination and construction processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) or renewable energy projects
- Experience working with EPC contractors or construction teams
- Familiarity with utility interconnection processes
- Experience working in large-scale infrastructure projects
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000.00 - $200,000.00, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
