Job Description
The Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of overseas energy storage projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters, while managing risks and coordinating with various stakeholders in the energy storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan the execution of overseas energy storage projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Assist in risk assessment and schedule feasibility analysis during pre-sales and contract review phases.
- Develop project delivery schedules, define phase objectives, and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Supervise risk analysis, classification, and mitigation throughout project implementation.
- Coordinate with commissioning teams, EPC contractors, and project owners on equipment installation and commissioning activities.
- Allocate resources for equipment commissioning and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support preliminary work for key customers, including sample delivery and customer audits.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- More than 5 years of work experience in the energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power, or related new energy industries.
- Experience in project development, management, and delivery of large-scale overseas or commercial and industrial energy storage projects.
- EPC project management experience is preferred.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in engaging with foreign new energy businesses or international market clients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of the energy storage industry and the basic working principles of battery products and energy storage systems.
- Strong risk analysis, identification, and control capabilities, with the ability to assess and manage risks throughout the full project lifecycle and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Possesses a certain level of business sense and negotiation skills.
- Proactive in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Able to adapt to short- and medium-term domestic and international business travel.

Compensation/salary range: $130,000.00 - $156,000.00 annually
