The HR Manager will support the launch and operations of Gotion's Giga IL facility by developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the Giga IL brownfield facility.
Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Collaborate with plant managers to resolve HR issues and concerns.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in leading and managing people.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Experience in hiring and onboarding new employees.
Experience in managing employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
Experience in overseeing training and development programs.
