Job Description
The Senior Contract Manager at Gotion Inc. is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance of commercial and vendor contracts, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize contract processes and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, edit, and finalize commercial and vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and amendments.
- Coordinate contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Manage contract documentation, including selection, implementation, and maintenance of contract management systems.
- Develop and enforce standardized contract templates, clauses, and naming conventions.
- Monitor key contract dates, renewals, expirations, and obligations, and administer alerts or dashboards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing contract summaries and documentation.
- Identify and escalate contract risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and improve contract processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Train internal teams on contract protocols and use of contract management tools.
- Partner with internal teams to align contract terms with business objectives and provide guidance on contractual language and risk considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and or paralegal certification
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a related role
- Proficiency with contract document management systems and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Compensation/salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
